General Information
Be sure to read the ReadMe file located in the chateau directory on your hard drive. This contains answers to a number of potential problems. The Adventure at the Chateau d'Or manual also includes some Troubleshooting Guidelines

If you are having problems that you cannot resolve, please verify that your system meets the minimum system requirements. If so, make a note of your system configuration (Windows users see below) and send an email to support@karmalabs.com .

Determining your Windows system configuration:
Click the "Start" button on the Windows toolbar and select "Run". Type "dxdiag.exe" and press OK. Information on your system configuration will be displayed. Click the "Save all information" button and save this information to your hard disk. A file called, "DxDiag.txt" will be created. Attach this file to your e-mail and Karma Labs support will help you resolve your problem.
